Annual September Camp-Out!

This weekend a good swell blew in! So we packed the car and drove up to Putzu Idu (poo-zù-ee-doo) and Sa Mesa Longa where the famous surf peaks of Capo Mannu, Mini Capo and Laguna are. Around this time of year we always camp out with our surfer friends. Tourist season is over, the beaches are much more enjoyable and restaurants aren't packed with people! We had a great time!

The sunset was spectacular!

But even more spectacular was the moon that night! I have never seen such a BRIGHT full moon before! Really, it seemed like the sun was rising.

It was so bright that the sky was blue until past 11:00 pm.

Bright Bright Moon!

Setting up camp! We love our fancy Quechua tents that all you have to do is through them up in the air! No assembly needed!!!

Good night moon-lit sky!

Next day at the Laguna

Tide pools at the Laguna

I thought you would be amused by the things that we eat!
These are breaded deep fried tiny fish!
And yes, you eat them whole, just like a french-fry!

And yup, Enrico and I like to eat them very much!
