We went to one of my favorite spots in Cagliari to have a pre-lunch "Apéritif"

The day was just amazing....

Can't wait to jump into that water! soon, real soon! I can feel it!

Italian Father's Day

While in the United States Father's Day is celebrated the 3rd Sunday of June (along with 52 other countries), in Italy Father's day is TODAY (March 19th) because it's Saint Giuseppe's (Joseph) name day or saints day(celebrating on a particular day of the year associated with the one's given name) which is in catholic and Christian religions, the name of Jesus' Father. So to the Italians, it's only fair that Father's Day be today!

I don't even know where to start! This trip was so amazing that when I saw my first sight of Venice, I swear I almost peed my pants! Thank you Enrico for making this happen, it really was a dream come true!
